We exhibited “Liquid biomass power generation system” at Kawasaki International Environmental Technology Exhibition. This is for 4 consecutive years, thanks to the customers who just came and thank you.

Liquid biomass power generation is a powerful renewable energy that is the most noteworthy now. We mainly use palm oil as the main raw material.

However, palm oil power generation has poor combustibility due to the high viscosity, high boiling point and low evaporability of vegetable oil, and diesel engines that can be handled are very limited.

So we developed a “Nano Bio Fuel System” that handles vegetable oil more efficiently. We hope to not only offer to customers, but also to become business alliance partners.

Selection of customer’s location of power plant, selection of generator, application for connection to electric power company, certification of FIT (Feed-in Tariff) equipment, selection of basic design and EPC traders. Besides, we are willing to take the responsibility and give appropriate advice to the procurement and transportation of vegetable oil and the maintenance system in operation, we will support customer in total.

We have been studying specifications of diesel engines most suitable for vegetable oil power generation together with a major engine manufacturer for many years.

Customizing our Nano Bio Fuel Production System and Diesel Engine has led to a smoother operation and a more cost-effective and highly stable power generation solution has become possible. This development won the 32nd Kanagawa Industrial Technology Development Award.

Regular vegetable oil power generation technology uses refined and expensive raw materials rather than crude oil, such as refined palm oil.

However, our processing technology has made it possible to operate not only refined oil but also Crude Palm Oil, low cost oil such as SPO(Sludge palm oil). Of course, vegetable oils other than palm oil can also be used. The government is also anticipating that the market for diesel power generation using vegetable oil will increase more and more.

Many customers are considering liquid biomass power generation using vegetable oil which is low cost.
So, We’d like you to make our total solution a choice by all means.

We are based on nanotechnology. In the diesel power generation technology of vegetable oil applying nanotechnology, we have continued research and development for nine years.
